The warehouse experienced structural movement due to issues with surface water runoff. Upon inspection, we identified the far southwest corner as the most severely affected area. To address this, we recommended mitigating the surface water problem in this specific location. As part of the solution, we installed a concrete catch basin and rerouted multiple gutters to improve drainage. Additionally, we incorporated a pipe system designed to accommodate potential future subsurface issues, allowing for an easy expansion in phase 2.
